Bonjour + Hola

It’s finally arrived! With their retail locations already settled into countries like Switzerland, Turkey, France, and the UK {oh, the list could go on!}, it is only suiting for the well-known, Laduree, to finally make it’s way into New York City. And guess what? We don’t have to wait any longer…Laduree officially open it’s doors in the city this weekend!

If you have never stepped a foot into any of Laduree’s stores, it is a shop filled of delicious sweet-sins and delicate treats. When I’m mean good…I. mean. good. The last trip I was ‘across the pond’ I made sure to visit this place at least once a day…no matter what was on the agenda! Click here to view my “Flyin’ to London” post.

While out and about running errands this weekend, stop into this ‘oh so French!’ place to grasp the full Laduree experience. You will feel as though you have just walked into a glamorous European boutique. It is out that of this world. Pick up some macarons, tarts, or even just their fabulous cookbook {I adore it!} for some inspiration in the kitchen this weekend.

Long gone are the days of bringing ordinary cupcakes to your loved ones…hello, Laduree! Well, besides getting my favorite caramel macaron with salted butter, I will be anxiously awaiting Irene by searching Manhattan for the most stylish flashlight, poncho, and cooler to be found! B+H

UPDATE: I went to visit Laduree’s NYC location this afternoon, and unfortunately the store will not be open until this Monday!
