Craving the perfect afternoon out on the beach? Lemonade at hand mixed with a bit of fitness and meditation in between colorful bites of deliciousness? Well, look no further than one of my favorite LA luncheons, Ladies Who Lemonade.
Dawn McCoy, of Dawn McCoy Media, partnered with not only Lemonade for this recent gorgeous beach event, but BoxUnion, Elise Joan Fitness, and even My Soul Mat. And between the Manhattan Beach setting mixed with salty air and vibrant hydrations + nourishment provided by Lemonade, it was certainly one not to miss. Hola!
All guests were even sent their own J.Lo’s Niyama Sol leggings prior to the event to match + arrive in style! And after we all met at Lemonade’s Manhattan Beach location, the crew walked down to the sand together for an afternoon of wellness galore. My faves?
