Although the views were stunning, the lobsters were incredibly fresh, and the hikes were out of this world, my ultimate favorite part about visiting the coast of Maine was diving into their farm to table restaurants at night. The two I’m obsessed with? That would be Primo and Fore Street. Both restaurants are maintained by James Beard Award Winning Chefs + show their attention to detail on each plate. And although I don’t have the exact names of what we were eating {sorry…both menus change daily!}, I couldn’t help but post my favorite plates of pure heaven for B+H’s final “Maine-Ing About” post. Hola!
