Sweet Satisfaction On A Rainy Day

Rising on this foggy Monday morning was hard enough! But adding the rainy drizzle into the mix? Um…I’m fine! Between my toesies getting soaked to my bouffant losing its volume in the humidity, there’s only one thing that can make this girl’s Monday that much better…one word says it all: chocolate. Now, I’m not talking about the good ‘ole wrapped Hershey’s, I’m thinking a small batch artisanal chocolate. My fave? That would be Daily Chocolate in Vermont! Hola.

Ever since I first started visiting my brother at Middlebury College, one of the many gorgeous details I noticed about the area was how “darn good” their food was. All fresh and supporting local farms, these people know how to cook and cook well. But, Daily Chocolate takes it to a new level!

Created in 2006 by Jenn Roberts and Judd Markowski, these chocolatiers have brought their talent into the kitchen providing locals {and cravers nationwide via their shipping option!} with organic and handmade chocolates! Plus, being able to go on their site and press “confirm” this morning for your batch to be overnighted? Bonjour!

i mean…

When I dropped into Daily Chocolate to feature their amazing love bites, Jen Roberts kindly invited me back into their kitchen to see hands on what they were creating that day. Between the luscious aromas to the precisely cut {and dipped!} chocolates, I was completely in awe. My favorites?

Whether you’re feeling the blues with the weather or are craving a beautiful drive out of the city, head on up to Vermont and straight to Daily Chocolate. This place truly makes any rainy day into a sweet satisfaction! B+H
