This Victor Edelstein midnight-blue velvet evening gown was worn to the State dinner at the White House, when Princess Diana famously danced with John Travolta. It is estimated at anywhere between £200,000 and £300,000 {roughly $305,000 and $455,000}
This Zandra Rhodes white cocktail dress was worn to the Birthright benefit at the London Palladium in 1987. It’s estimated at £30,000 and £40,000 {roughly $45,000 and $60,000}
This Catherine Walker black velvet and beaded evening gown was worn for the Vanity Fair photo-shoot at Kensington Palace in 1997. It’s estimated at anywhere between £50,000 and £70,000 {roughly $75,000 and $105,000}
