The land of Bonjour! hits town this coming Sunday, July 10th, to allow New Yorkers to celebrate Bastille Day!
For more than ten years, 60th Street has turned into typical day in the city of lights surrounded by French culture, language, and tons of delicious treats. It has been the largest public celebration of the historic friendship between France and the United States commemorating France’s own Independence Day on July 14, 1789.
Grab a group of friends, strut your stuff around 60th Street {say “Bonjour!” for me}, stop at some fabulous booths that will be there including Macaron Cafe, and end your day with a wine and cheese tasting at French Institute Alliance Francais {my favorite school to brush up on my French!}. Voila!
