I love it when readers give me suggestions about cool places we should go check out for future B+H posts! So when I received an email with raving reviews about a sweet shop in Chelsea called Stick&Pop, you better bet I pranced right on over! Hola.
Stick&Pop owners: Christy Nyberg & Jacki Caponigro
From the moment I walked up to this boutique-like shop, I knew there was no turning back. The sweet smells, the welcoming smiles…I immediately fell in love! The owners, Jacki Caponigro, a French Culinary Institute graduate, and Christy Nyberg, a design expert, were incredibly inviting and gave me a fabulous tour of this sweet land they’ve created!
Imagine the dream of a moist buttery cake, rolled up into a ball, dipped into melted chocolate, peanut butter, white chocolate, etc. and covered in sprinkles, graham crackers…you name it! Well, Stick&Pop has made that dream become a delicious reality by creating 12 amazing flavors {my fave is the “Griswald”!} that have everyone up here going gaga!
Best part? They even make their beautifully embellished pops in the store!

Plus, they are spot-on for a hostess, amazing friend or “just because” gifts! Before I left this yummy place, I picked up four Stick&Pops for the hostess of a cocktail party I was attending that night…they were the perfect touch!
