BEACH BUM BURRATA

I don’t know about you, but on a holiday weekend I am all about keeping my laptop turned off and cell on silent, while flaunting a bikini with my feet in the sand or the pool…at all times. And not only do I love to carry this lazy, not a care in the world holiday lifestyle in the sun, but into the kitchen too. Hola! So before we all catch various trains, planes to vehicle rides, it was a must I shared this super easy recipe that parallels directly to the stress-free lifestyle I know we are all looking forward to come the holiday weekend!

Best part? There really isn’t a recipe here. I’ve combined various colors and flavors that you can take to heart or substitute for other ingredients you love in between. And hopefully the pictures below will allow you to follow a step-by-step seamless route to a delicious plate.

Not only is this perfect to munch on by the pool to the beach to a relaxing afternoon read on the porch, but it’s equally as delicious for an appetizer or entree (I love to eat this for dinner, even when not on vacay, and take the majority with me for a work lunch the next day!).
