Fall brings football…which brings tons of flavor, and in my casa it brings fan food. Oh, yes. My personal favorite munch to serve during the touchdowns + interceptions? That would be nachos…but trust me, nacho regular plate is served in Casa Blanca. Ole!
When my good friend, Matt, came over to show me + my girl, Jamie, a thing or two about his special nachos recipe {he’s been perfecting this gem for years!}, I couldn’t have been more ecstatic. And although I currently have a spinning bike plopped in the middle of my kitchen {oh yes, confession #living}, the three of us danced around it and made a plate of pure success! Want to learn how we made this deliciousness? Scroll on down hunny.
chop, chop, chop
sizzle me salty
ground turkey breast…organic, of course.
casa blanca’s cocina started smelling like a dream right about here
just about there! ole.
sous chef, jamie, getting the job done right
and yes, we used my spinning bike handle bars as a counter. hola.
these maybe the best tortilla chips i’ve ever consumed! thick + crispy. bring it on.
cheese me, please.
adding the salsa touch
turkey me up, sugar.
oh, hello.
because you just can never have enough cheese
pop her on in!
voila
Whether you’re looking for the perfect dish to serve hungry football fans this fall or just want to make your own plate tonight during this bizarre tornado watch, cook into this recipe. It’s nachos…Casa Blanca style! B+H
