A few years back, I had the pleasure of being introduced to an ultra talented, fashion savy and one of a kind hair stylist from NYC named Darryl Allen. Every time I visited Nashville, I would make sure to schedule blowouts with him at least two weeks in advance {couldn’t stand not to make his books!} to make sure my hair was perfectly poofed when I visited the fam. Well, it’s with great excitement to tell y’all that Darryl has officially opened his own hair salon!

Located next to the Hutton Hotel en route to downtown Nashville, Darryl Allen’s new hip salon is my favorite spot right now to be “teased” to the nines!
With the various stations surrounded by woods and twine, the smell of gorgeous candles and chandeliers all around, it’s almost an experience in itself just to see the salon!
They’re currently using my favorite products, Kevin Murphy, and the way they arranged them on the counter immediately caught me eye. The powder puff {similar to dry shampoo!} is my go-to when I need to make my hair extra voluptuous…mix it with hairspray when teasing and you will never believe how high your hair gets!
The Darryl Allen Salon is the hipt new place to get a fabulous blowout and just relax in the process! Best part? The salon is in the perfect location to start with a blowout and then make your way to a spray tan down the street or even cocktails at 1808 Grille with friends after. Hola!
