Fill it with Zico Coconut Water {more potassium and benefits than water…and it’s sweet!}
Add a handful of ice
That’s it! But it’s always fun to make it your own…add enhancements like Ginkgo or Ginseng to peanut butter or almond milk {instead of Zico}! Fill it up and press start. I’ve found the best blender for my smoothies is the Oster 7-Speed {it never fails!}! With summer season here, nothing tastes better than to sip into bikinis! B+H
