The Power of 2

Who knew what a difference it makes with the Power of 2? Literally! Emmanuelle Chriqui {Entourage flame} and Lance Bass {NSYNC} have teamed up to raise money for their favorite charities. Hola!

Since Emmanuelle’s mother passed away from colon cancer and her father is currently battling the disease, she’s raising money for the charity that’s super close to her heart: Colon Cancer Canada. Emmanuelle, who’s also the Canadian spokesperson for TriaBeauty, is spreading the word about how we can prevent colon cancer. Did you know if you detect the cancer early it’s 90% curable? Best part?

The two have entered into a bet to see who can raise more money for their charity! If Bass raises more money for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital than Chriqui does for Colon Cancer Canada, then Chriqui will have to hit the stage with Steel Panther and sing at the House of Blues on Sunset Boulevard!

And if Chriqui raises more money for Colon Cancer Canada than Bass does for St. Jude, then Bass will dress up as PooFu the dog {the costume he wore at his job in MS before NSYNC!} and Chriqui will walk him through LA’s Runyon Canyon! This is a battle y’all can’t miss!

How to get involved?:

-Click through to the Power of 2 website and donate $2 or more to the charity of your choice

-Ask 2 friends to do the same!

-Follow @PWROF2 on Twitter and retweet posts supporting either team

-Share this post on Facebook & Twitter

-Tweet to either celeb to let them know you’re on their team {@echriqui or @lancebass}

-Like and share the Power of 2 Facebook Page to help spread awareness of the battle

I’ve already made my donation! This is an easy way to help the charities, spread the word about prevention and have fun at the same time. What’s better than waking up knowing that you helped make a difference? The difference made here starts just with the Power of 2!
