When trying to decide where to grab pizza this past weekend, my fellow dough boys and I decided to bring the pizzeria back to my cucina!
Instead of spending messy hours making the dough from scratch, we decided to buy pre-made crust from Whole Foods and went straight to our favorite part: decorating the pies our own way. It was so much fun!
We had a variety of toppings: fresh mozzarella slices, brussels sprouts, rotisserie chicken, mushroom, jalapeƱos, tomatoes…all the way to eggs! Easy to mix and match into any creation!
I made my pizza with pizza sauce, mozzarella slices, chicken, tomatoes, and jalapeƱos!
Miss Dough Girl was the most creative of all, and even pounced a egg on top for an Aussie inspired kick!
Mr. Dough Boy dunked his with the all the good stuff. Cheese, cheese and more cheese! We thought that his would be the least appetizing. Little did we know…
His pizza turned out to be the best! Note to self: when making pizza at home, go for the good stuff and don’t venture out of the box too much!
